Are you saying that you have this situation?
1. you have a K-cup machine that stopped working.
2. water is not being sucked up out of the water reservoir.
3. and no water is being pumped through the little K-cup

I don't know the answer, but am just trying to clarify your question, so that those who MAY know can better understand what you're asking. So, does that correctly describe your situation?

Why cant I get a full cup of coffee

Brewing a Partial Cup
If the brewer is not brewing the full amount selected, it may be caused by the following:
  • The exit needle is clogged by coffee grounds or cocoa mix. Please refer to the K-Cup Holder cleaning instructions.
  • The brewer needs to be descaled. Please refer to the descaling instructions.
  • The removable water reservoir was removed during brewing. Place the water reservoir back onto the brewer and perform a cleansing brew without a K-Cup pack.

I have more water going into the water Reservoir than into my coffee cup, no matter what size is chosen

It's likely that a good cleaning could fix your issue. Specifically, try these solutions:

1) De-scale the brewer. After a while the reservoir can become partially clogged with scale from hard water and should be de-scaled every now and then. To do this, run 1 cup of white vinegar through the brewer on a regular cycle. Repeat once more with a fresh cup of vinegar. Once that has finished, run it with fresh water until no trace of vinegar remains. 3 cups should do it.

2) Clean the exit needle and/or the entire K-Cup holder assembly. To do this, remove and disassemble the assembly. The parts are dishwasher safe (top rack) or can be cleaned fairly easily by hand. In addition, use a paper clip or other small object to clean the inside of the exit needle. Coffee grounds can become trapped and clog the hole. Be careful, however, since the needle can be rather sharp. Note, also, that the hole in the needle where the liquid exits is on the side of the needle, so whatever tool you use to clean it will not go all the way through.

When using MY K-Cup reuseable coffee filter, the coffee comes out the drip hole plus water comes out of the bottom front of the K-Cup Portion Pack Assembly Housing splashing down onto the counter. I made...

I googled this problem for 3 days. I was reluctant to try anything that would screw up my machine, as I have been very happy with it, except for the re-usable filter performance.
I wiggled the o-ring washer around top sharp thingie by maybe 1/8 inch and that fixed it. K-cups are running normal as well.

Pump is running but no water is being drawn from the reservoir

I haven't had this happen where nothing is being dispensed, but if you have small portions being dispensed or the pump is noisy, I tried 2 things that work for me:
1) remove the reservoir and over your kitchen sink, with water still inside the reservoir, use your pinky finger, small chopstick, etc, and gently push the inlet valve a few times from underneath to let water out. After about 2-3 months, our unit seems to stick (rubber seal that closes),
2) put some vinegar into the reservoir with some water and run the unit about 3-4 times on largest cup setting. Clean out the reservoir, replenish with fresh water and run the unit another 6 times. Believe me, you need to flush the vinegar out well, otherwise any residue in your coffee will not only taste bad, it will curdle your milk/cream. I've had my B70 Platinum for 15 months making about 8 cups everyday, Hope this helps..:D
