How do I enter a time of less than 1 minute? Bought a brand new Oster Microwave model OGZJ1104. I cannot figure out how to heat up a cup of coffee for example - for 30 seconds. The user manual has

Press the "Power" button (it will say "PL 10" -- continue to press the power button if you want to change the power setting -- it will go from 10 to 1 and then back to 10). Next, enter the time you want (eg. "25" for 25 seconds), and then press the "Start" button.

Usually a quick start button along with dial to scroll down from one minute.check if any buttons are push click to see if they extend away from fascia once pressed or try select one minute then use main dial anti clockwise to reduce time.hope this helps.
