Hello, does the control panel light up? If it doesn't then probably the fuse has shorted. Now, if the front control panel does light up. There a number of thing going on. Door closer switch is working.

You'll have to remove the cover to the microwave, MAKING SURE YOU UNPLUG IT 1ST. Check to see if it has a small speaker for the sounds to work. Take it to an electronics store and have them check to see if it works. IF NOT, replace it with a similar speaker (doesn't have to be exact, just the same voltage and ohms). If that isn't the problem, if the original speaker or device for sound works, then you've got a problem in the circuit board probably, and not worthwhile to replace it.
