This has a seal of some sort want to know if is a oring or a special seal

Yeah on that vehicle there is a 90 degree plastic elbow that goes from the belt tensioner to the intake manifold and on both ends there are O-rings. Definitely need to repair this as soon as possible. Not sure your technical abilities but you would need to remove the serpentine belt and alternator and a bracket if I'm not mistaken. Usually takes me about 45 minutes to repair but I have been doing it for awhile. Good luck and Happy wrenching!!!

If it's coming from the rack, check the rubber boots from the rack to the inner tie rods, and if they are soaked with fluid, you will need a new rack, or keep adding fluid to the pump as needed.

if it's the low pressure side i'm sure a mechanic can replace just the broken part. if it's the high pressure side, best off just to get a new hose. if not, the hose is likely to leak again on the high pressure hose if the unit isn't replaced.

I suggest replacing the pump...after you have bought a seal kit and tools to remove the pressed on pully you will have spent twice the money....most auto stores will replace the pulley for you at a small charge
