6 months old - love it!! - but just brewed one cup of coffee for hubby, went to brew my own....nothing! It's like it's confused, will get it to say "Ready to Brew", press the button, but essentially nothing happens. Only use spring water, am trying to CLR it but nothing seems to be happening?
Try unplugging it for 30 sec. and plug back in. Give it time to reset. Hope this helps

Lift up the handle and put it down again...the lights will flash & then you can push one of the cup sizes.

Please get a hold of the company at the number in the manual, they will send you a new one if they cannot fix it. Magic words, I got it as a gift three months ago, it worked fine until now. Worked on mine. Sending out a new one today. This company works with you until you are happy. and I am getting 4 boxes of coffee! Free!
