Unfortunately for you you're going to need the login and password in order to get into that wifi. If you don't know what that is then try another wifi access point in the list. All wifi is not created equal even though it has a strong signal it still may require you to have the security key which for most of us is just called a password in order to get into the wifi access point. You need to make sure you have the right Wi-Fi password. A lot of the time you get the Authorization Error because of the password being incorrect.

I had this problem with my son's Kurio over Christmas and found that connecting to wireless in Kurio mode was impossible. If you go to the parental mode and click the switch to Android button there are settings for the wifi in the Android platform settings. You can set up there and then go back to the Kurio safe mode for the children to use. Hope this helps...
