i had the same problem. i drive a 95 so im not sure if it differs from were the fuse box is. look righ above you pedals to your far left. it should be right there. also if you instruments went out it will be a 15 fuse. its a blue fuse. next my panel went out cuz of the wires on my transmission. if yor looking at your jeep at the front. the wires will be on your left. make sure they are not burned or anything. it will be right on the side of your tranny. mind got burned by the exaust so they were shorting. check that is and see if that is what is it. for a temp fix just put some electrical tap around the wires and you should be set for a wile. good luck

the wires may be correct you need to make sure all the fuses are good they will be held in little rubber black cylinders on the engines they will be long glass fuses if any possitve touched a ground it would have blown a fuse so check them first then make sure when you push your choke it is working have someone stand by the motor to make sure i belive that is what the blue wire is to there may be a fuse by the battery as well the solid red is your power supply look at your starter solenoid and see what wire is your acc. wire as well but the blue wire should be a hot for something and i need to know what the wire colors are from the harness if there all the same but the blue

I was trained at a tracker dealership and that is one of their faults. The best way to find the fuse for the bilge pump is to look on the back of the bilge switch and trace a wire to the fuse panel. Most of the time they are color coordinated so you can match fairly easy without trying to manually probe for the wire.
Power for the transfer case selector switch comes from the "GAUGES" fuse. It is fuse #4 in the left end instrument panel fuse block. This 12 volt supply goes to the switch via the "PINK" wire in position "C" of the switch connector.
