Menu stop 00 stop 01 go to service choise go to maintenanc 0 presss back go to iu life stop mode press continues and press back sit down to clear data go to maintenanc clear prees ok and supplies clear and press ok .powe off and on and isssss okk :)

Do not re-set you replace the developer. If you reset the copier will think it has new developer then will set voltages according when in fact the developer is old causing image issues and codes, replace the deveploer and run required procedures CLEAR THE COUNTER FIRST
