Minolta ep 1030 error e1
Sir/Mam,
Your ATDC sensor located in the developing unit or main board is bad. Have you recently had the developer replaced in the machine and did the person doing that use a vacuum cleaner to clean out the old developer if so then the static electricity form the vacuum cleaned destroyed the sensor. NEVER USE A VACUUM Cleaner to remove developer in the developer unit.

Did you do anything to the fusing unit (ie cleaning thermistors or replacing the fuser roller?) That code means you have a temperature problem. It will also come up if your power cord is loose. You can check it by taking off the back cover of the copier and pressing in the trouble reset button while the copier is on. It's a small black button. If the code goes away, you're good to go. If it comes back, you might have to replace some of your fuser components.
