Your Exit trays hit something did some one leave a trash can or boxes under the exit trays!!!!!!!. Now you need to get a Qualified Konicaminolta tech out to reset the output trays to there proper positions, have to remove the Elevation drive system with out the trayas slamming into the bottom of the finisher, quite complex to do that why I recommend a qualified tech Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at

Di 3010 error code dialta SC 520
First ensure that the right side cover is closed correctly. Check that the two latches that are on the door are not broken especially the rear one. Then fine a paper clip. With the machine on look on the right side of the control panel you will find a small hole. Place the paper clip inside the hole. (Once that is done you can only use that paper clip ever again :) Copier tech humor!) Watch the screen you might see abort code that is OK. When the screen come on that show the copiers look to the left of the screen in the middle a small "." will appears when it does press 3. Nothing is going to happen. Code will come back. Now press the Utility button you should now see a button marked maintenance mode. Press it then press trouble reset. Once again the machine will go though its normal warm up will see the "." do not do anything. Ready to Copy Should appear. If the code comes back do not reset the code your messing with the fuser (The Hot part). It can catch on fire (That would ruin a perfectly good day) so have a technician look at it.

How can I remove heater unit on Minolta DI 3010 -
There is three electrical connections and 8 bolts two on the fuser (Heater Unit:) Never heard it called that! Before that there is one on the left side looking at the machine from the right side. That removes a small cover. Then there is two to remove the unit above the fuser. BUT Two bolts you must loosen but not remove (They are deep seated just loosen them lift the unit up and out. There are two connectors with this unit upper right corner with red and yellow wires. Once that unit is out of the way the fuse has two bolts below it the you will see to connector on the right side of the fuser and on the left side a 3 wire WHITE plug ensure power is off that connector carries 120 VAC power to the Fuser lamp. With all do respect better get a certified Konica Minolta Tech out to do it. New fuse about 200-300 dollars. Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at

Have you replaced the developer and drum. If you have did you clear the counters first! Machine works on the information the counters provide if you put new stuff in the machine and do not clear the counters first, the machine works and say's I have old stuff in me increase/decrease as required certain voltages, when you really have new stuff in there copy quality issues and codes. IF you did do it correctly the sensor below the image unit mite be bad, worse case the board the sensor feeds is bad. Once the developer was replaced did you run F8 in service mode. Also does the control panel say replace PC drum then you need new developer and PC drum. Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at
