Magicolor 2400w gives paper jam error at transfer
My 2400W was standing a long time without being used, and when I wanted to use it, it made a very faint image and showed "paper jam at transfer roller". Also, the image stayed on the transfer belt, but never got transferred to the paper. I tried a lot of things, nothing worked, but the message from weirdal1968 above pointed me in the right direction.I eventually scratched / scrubbed / cleaned the copper pad on the left side of the optical imaging drum - this copper pad probably receives the bias voltage for the imaging drum from a springy stainless steel wire. There was some visible darkening of the copper pad where the stainless steel wire touched, this is what I cleaned. And then, presto, problem solved - the image came out great, and no more "paper jam at transfer roller" error message.

Minolta 2400W errors
GO and get 4 Konicminolta image units one for each color and replace them do not use third party. NEVER ever use a vacuum cleaner the static electricity can cause sensors to go bad !!!!!!!!!!!! might have destroyed the chips on the image units SO recommend get all new hopefully you did not destroy the control board with static electricity Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at

How to calliberate the developer in ineo 363 konica minolta copier
First did you complete the procedure properly which is first conduct "Drum Dry" which can be found in admin mode? 2nd cleared developer and drum counters (Drum and developer are replaced at the same time. Removed the drum cartridge (BE CAREFUL that small black plastic cover has to be removed first and the connector disconnected before yanking out the image unit, if not you will have bigger problems. 3rd disassemble the image unit remove the developer DO NOT USE A VACUUM CLEANER the static electricity can destroy the sensor below the image unit. Once done reassemble and install don't forget to reconnect connector. The go to service mode and run the TCR (Toner Carrier) Adjustment the Run Gradation using the internal prints. 3 times. ALSO MAKE SURE THAT FAX LINE AND ETHERNET CABLE ARE Disconnected. NO prints or copies allowed to be run prior to running the TCR adjustment. OR you will have to do it again. With New developer!!! CLEARING the counters are important the copier uses the counters to determine voltages for certain assy. So if put in new developer and do not clear the counters the copier will think old developer is in the machine and adjust the voltages as required when in reality new developer or drum is installed causing image problems or codes.
