If the fuse is blowing as soon as the power supply is connected to mains, I would check to see if any components of the power supply have failed in such a way that it would cause a short.

And for replacing it is it internal and external? I googled and getting mixed answers so will answer both. If its external I would find a power brick rated for the same specs as the original and if the connector is proprietary, rig it to the new one.

If Internal it looks like you can probably buy them from china for around $60 or find which component is causing the fault. Sign in China com Online Wholesale for AD Signage Product

Same problem, my Toshiba 26AV502R not powering on. I found the ceramic fuse blown on the power board & replaced it. The new fuse blew the instant I plugged the TV in. Any idea what is causing this?

Replace the power board if you can find one, unless you're an electrical engineer with the proper test gear high speed switching power supplies are to complex to service

Model#DP19241. Where is fuse or circuit breaker?

It is at its main power supply regulator board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit; before replacing a fuse; if found blown out. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts.

It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis rather than making "Surgery" to it; which usually will make loss for both money and time. Even though you can make it right, it will cost around an amount equal to the cost of a new board; including the cost of (spare parts + service charge) More to say, most of the spare parts to it will be difficult to get from open electronic spare part market. This is true to most of the flat panel TV power supply boards; irrespective of its brand and screen size.

My epson printer R290 has no power after i reset it,even i try to turn it on many times but still no power at all..please help me to fix this problem.

Failurre of the power supply .This is Switch mode Power Supply unit and it ispossible that the fuse blew off. But if replaced fuse blows then the surrge protector, the recifier, the filter main capapcitor or the OSC IC/ driver can be defective.
Check for spares or replace as a whole unit.( it is plug and push unit and can be DIY)

Epson R2400 will not turn on. Green light will not come on. Tried different outlets.

try to unplug then replug the power cord. if it fails your power supply might have already been damaged and most likely need a servicer to replace it

Epson Stylus cx5000 - no power

If you have already tried different, USB cable, different power cable, different USB port you may even go as far as trying it on a different computer and if for any unfortunate circumstance you're still experiencing the same thing chance are its already a broken fuse or broken board on printer. Unfortunately this is a non-user replaceable part. I suggest that you contact Epson support if you printer is still under warranty from the date of purchase they may send you a replacement (brand new or refurbished) otherwise they'll be referring you to a service center in you area.
