Unplug the power cord from the All-In-One as well as the power outlet.
Plug the power cord directly to a wall outlet without surg protector. (if possible connect it to a different power outlet)
Before connecting the power cord to the All-In-One press and hold the # and no 6 button and then insert the power cord, do not release the keys until you see a message a reset (if the screen goes blank then release the keys and turn the power on)

0x errors mean that the printer has an internal error within the firmware of the printer. There are not many steps to try except for a reset. This is a document from hp that you can use to do the reset and hopefully it will clear the error.

Hello
HP suggests 3 reset levels.
Power off printer, then press and hold buttons while powering on, if it doesnn't reset, then unplug it and press and hold buttons while plugging it in,
# and 3 Partial Reset
# and 6 Semi-Full Reset
# and 9 Full Reset
A Full Reset will clear any stored information in the printer, speed dials, etc, so always start with a partial reset and work your way up.
Hope this helps
Try to reset the printer:
Unplug the printer from power
Hold the # and 9 together while plugging it back
If still not working try again with a # and 3 combination
