Question about Cell Phones
To whom it may concern I joined a courier company a month ago and from the start their were issues as I am very fussy as to the correct details on waybills etc... I also had no training as to how to use their online booking system as I was unaware with regards to their quoting system. Now after a month I experience repeated issues and then placed the complaints on hellopeter and in stead of resolving the issues with me, the owner blocks my account and cancelled it as well as he said I tarnished his company's reputation, what else was I suppose to do if they kept on making the same mistake all the time. Do I have any legal footing in terms of getting the service reinstated with the courier company? Kind Regards Chris Tel: 0218139890 email@example.com

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

If the wrong PUK code is entered 10 times, then the sim card becomes permanately locked and you will need a new sim card. You can either purchase a sim card from an AT&T store or an authorized reseller for around $25, or if you can find a prepaid GO phone for cheaper, you can use the sim card that came inside of that packaging. With the new sim card, you can contact AT&T customer care from another phone or visit your local AT&T store and switch the sim number on that line on the account from the old sim card to the new one.

SOURCE: sim blocked
So have you contacted your service provider? The sim card is blocked, either you have entered the pin code wrong 3 times - then it asked for puk code and you have entered puk code wrong 10 times so its become locked.
your only option is to call the phone service provider, or buy a new sim card / prepaid sim card.
just call your service provider
