What a pity, i have met the same problem. I want to suggest you an app to solve the problem. The app is LEO Privacy. when you forget the password, it has some tips of password. If you set a pass code (or pattern) that you cannot remember, please enter the wrong password (10-20 times) until you are prompted to sign in via your google account. Please note, this will only work if you have already setup your google account on the tablet. If you have not set up a Google (or Gmail) account on the tablet, you will have to perform a firmware install, which will revert the tablet back to factory settings.

If it's android then you can reset it but you will lose all the apps you installed along with any saved passwords.
power off the tablet by holding down power until screen goes blank.
hold both the power button and the volume up button for at least ten seconds.it should boot to android logo...then a robot with red exclamation.leave it alone until the option to reset screen appears.
follow onscreen instructions to reset.

As a first step I would visit the Google Account Recovery page and start with "I don't know my username" to try and figure out the username. Once you have the username you can then reset your password.
By doing a factory reset. 1.) Charge it all the way 2.) Power it off if its on 3.) Hold the up and down volume buttons at the same time 4.)
