To many patten attempts

My son put a patten lock and forgot it and put in to many attempts how do I unlock it with out the internet as it will not connect

With the Samsung Galaxy TAB turned off, press and hold the VOLUME Down button, and then briefly press the POWER button.

Note: If you see "Downloading" on the screen with an Android shoveling you pressed the wrong Volume key. Remove and reinsert the battery and try again.

It should hard reset any of these tablets:

I would forget my pattens to get in too! Pattens are an old style clog type shoe that kept you out of the mud when walking with expensive shoes.
If you forgot your password, you can try and reset the device according to the manufacturers instructions.

How do I unlock my tablet

If it's android then you can reset it but you will lose all the apps you installed along with any saved passwords.
power off the tablet by holding down power until screen goes blank.
hold both the power button and the volume up button for at least ten seconds.it should boot to android logo...then a robot with red exclamation.leave it alone until the option to reset screen appears.
follow onscreen instructions to reset.

Too many patern attempts to unlock sign in with google acoount

So if I understand you correctly you have attempted to access your Google account and after too many attempts you are locked out, correct?
Step 1. Goto http://www.google.com/ click on "Sign In"
Step 2. Click on "Can't access your account..."
Step 3. Follow the steps to restore your account, they are quite simple.

If you have a Kindle that is locked and you forgot the password, you have to do a full restore using Kindle Fire First Aide, this is the only option for a locked Kindle.

Google "How to reset samsung GT 7510" this will also wipe your phone. I'd have thought that the pattern lock patten app could re-enable GPRS for the signing in. is it connecting to wifi? there maybe a way to provide internet access to it via usb.
