with most android devices you can hold power and either volume up or down to boot them to a diagnostic screen or the download screen I had to do this with my Galaxy S3 and it saved me having to buy a special dongle to get it to boot to the download screen if you can get it to either one skip any steps and just restart it

It's a battery problem! Cannot take the load of the entire OS! Get it replaced

You need to do a factory reset.

• Power off the tablet
• Press and hold Power + vol up button until the screen flashes and let go
• That should reset it

Press volume down while turning on then choose restore to restore your andriod os
