I am can't access the admin console. When I press feature **266344 I get a message that says "release calls" instead of a password prompt

Press Feature 983.
Enter the System Coordinator's Mailbox number (default is 12, 102, 1002,
depending on length of extension numbers) followed by Password (default 0000).
Press MBOX.
Press CHNG.
Enter the mailbox number that is giving you troubles.
Press RESET. The password has been reset to default (0000).

to reset the administrator pasword enter feature 985 press 9, at the password prompt enter 73738767793 (resetsmpwsd) and press ok or #,press yes to reset password. password should be defaulted to 0000. then try Feature 983. if your system has 2 digit intercom #s your password is 120000 if your system has 3 digit intercom #s your password is 1020000.

Can someone assist with this matter?
You need to be able to use the lines as arrows. If there are calls on lines 1 & 2 or 6 & 7 respectively, the feature may not work at that time.
