The system should be configured so that the desired lines, whether CO or extensions, are set to "Appear and Ring" on each set. Config... Terminals&sets... Show Set... (enter #)... How to Change a Mailbox Password
1. To access the voice mail system press "Feature".
2. Press "983".
3. When you see "Log:" enter "120000" for 2 digit extension numbers, enter "1020000" for 3 digit extension numbers.
4. Press "OK".
5. Press "MBOX".
6. Press "CHNG".
7. Enter the mailbox number you wish to reset.
8. Press "Reset".
9. Press "Rls" to exit (orange button to the right of the number buttons).

To set up call id you need to enter programming . Programming is done on M7310, M7324, and T7316 sets only. Press the feature key followed by **266344.When prompted to enter the password enter 266344.
The screen should say TERMINALS&SETS. The 4 top line/feature keys are now used for programming.
At the terminals&sets prompt, press the show key (top right arrow). The display should now ask for an extension number. Enter extension number you wish to program call log on. Press the show key (top right arrow)
Press the next key (bottom right arrow) 5 times. The display should say TELCO FEATURES.
