I have a digicel sim and its asking for the puk number

PUK number can only be obtained from the service provider's SIM card.
Remove the SIM card from the phone.
Record the serial number (MSISDN / ICCID) available on your SIM card.
Contact your service provider SIM card (or via online).
Give information that you will be asked for the PUK number.
Customer Service from SIM card service provider will ask a serial number (MSISDN / ICCID) of your card (instead of your phone number), and will provide its PUK numbers.
Insert the SIM card, turn on the phone, and enter the PUK number.
Filling the PUK numbers should not be any more than 10x. Because if that happens, your SIM card can not be used at all.

The puk code is available on the sim card holder provided by your service provider,contact them for further assistance.

sir , PUK 1 code is general you can get it from your sim customer care they will ask you to speak the last four digits of sim no which is printed on sim. and PUK 2 code is 0000 default if it is blocked please reset your phone or go to any phone repairer, he can unblock the PUK 2 code.

You don't say what service or phone you are using but most PUK codes are provided by the service provider ie at&t,verizon,alltel
