Your Power Supply has gone bad

if the plug is hot checke th connection as there is power not transfering

try plugging your refrig into a different outlet, or plug something else into the outlet the refrig is plugged into to verify power to the outlet.

The fuser comes out the left side, not from the top of the copier.
