Minolta di350 keeps jamming at fuser. is this a part i can replace or the entire fuser unit? it grabs the paper, gets stuck, and when I get the paper out, it looks like an accordion. No paper is stuck in fuser, all debris is cleared, just keeps jamming up.
IF you can find a fuser. The Di 350 is a legacy Minolta, now Konica Minolta. mite be able to find refurbished unit. If accordion check to make sure the pick fingers are not broken they prevent paper from wrapping around the fuser roller. one mite be broken causing it to hit it.

open doors and find these solenoids, clean them and make sure they are moving fine, its not so hard. just step by step move with paper and find out where the solenoids are. solenoids aren't expensive so if its a solenoid problem you should fix it

I had the same problem previously. I had a small piece of paper jam in the imaging unit
pulled it out and got the Imaging Unit Missing error. I could not solve the problem so I called it in under the extended warranty. Even the printer tech could not solve this issue. But, I look at this file, took off a the side cover moved the gear an viola! fixed..
