check the flag that hangs down as the paper is exiting printer.... sometimes the flag gets stuck in the up position..(causing the printer to think there's a big stack of paper needed to be taken off the machine

Does not sound like a paper jam problem but a sensor problem sensor acurator is broken or out of place or the sensor is bad worse case the control that the sensors reports to is bad. Firmware for a page pro 9100 requires access to secure web sit at mykonicaminolta, QMS was a off shoot of Minolta now konicaminolta. A legacy machine. Your soft ware that one the machine mite be corrupted. I don't know where you would go to get it firmware reloaded it is a Minolta Legacy machine using windows 95 or xp at best. upper sensor displace or broken

HI GUYS, I GOT SAME PROBLEM WITH QMS PAGEPRO 9100, BUT IT DOSE NOT HAVE HARD DRIVE, AND I TRIED TO RESET BY DISSEMBLING THE WHOLE MACHINE BUT WITH NO LUCK, CAN ANY ONE HELP TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE STILL LOOKING ALSO FOR FIRMWARE TOO BUT NO CHANCE TO FIND IT.
