How do i tighten soft close toilet seat on a porcher cygnet, with no underneath access to bolts.

There is usually a plastic nut that goes on the bottom and has a wing on it that will catch when you tighten the plastic bolt from above.

How do I tighten a wobbly soft close toilet seat?

There are two(2) nuts under the outside edge of rim of bowl(bottom section)right in front of tank. use fingers to tighten, and pliers to secure. If it will not tighten, then the posts molded in are loose, requiring replacement. Sometimes even if new on these types.

mAKE SURE "o" RING GROOVES ARE FREE OF DIRT . Then place the O ring ,putting some vaseline on the "O" ring. Then, placing the cover on, totate the cover as you tighten down knob or wing nut.. Just before it is too tight to turn, turn the cover one more time to evenly seat it. Finish tightening. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN, COVER WILL DISTORT.

Reach under the bowl of the toilet and feel for a rather large wing-nut bolt on each side of the toilet. You must hold these with your hand and tighten the screws with a screwdriver. If you don't hold these wingnuts, then the screws will keep spinning forever and never tighten. Run your hand directly below the toilet just below the screws and you will find them. VERY EASY FIX!
