"Vacuum Condenser" light on this refrigerator will appear if you have any kind of issues - some of their models would have "Service" light instead of Vacuum Condenser. As My expirience shows Most likely Your Fresh food section is low on refrigerant - Evaporator might leak freon - so what we would have in this case - compressor runs for longer time then suppose to - as a result "Vacuum Condenser" or (some models) "Service" appears. Another sigh of low freon pressure people would notice ice build up on the back wall of the refrigerator section on the left side on the middle. I post video on my YouTube chanel, so u can check how to fix it properly.
Did you turned off power for the fridge after cleaning? If not do this, wait for 20 seconds and turn it on again, it will reset control board and SERVICE sign will disappear :)
In my case the "Vacuum Condenser" annunciation was misleading. That annunciation will appear if there is not a sufficient temperature drop as the coolant passes through the condenser. The refrigerator interprets this situation as a dirty condenser but it may be something else.
In my case it was a failed condenser cooling fan. Fortunately this is an easy and relatively cheap repair.
We had two symptoms indicating that this fan motor might have been failing, but I didn't recognize that these symptoms indicated the fan. The first was that the center wall between the refrigerator section and the freezer section on our side-by-side was hot. Allison Cummins' Amazon review of the condenser fan from 18 February 2013 mentions that this is an indication that the condenser fan is failing.
The other symptom was that we were getting "Vacuum Condenser" messages way too often, sometimes within days of vacuuming the condenser. If I had thought about that for a while, I would have realized that if the refrigerant doesn't cool sufficiently as it passes through the condenser, the system assumes that the condenser is dirty and turns on the "Vacuum Condenser" message. This same condition can occur if the condenser fan has failed or is intermittent, even with a clean condenser.
Troubleshooting was difficult because our refrigerator's fan was intermittent and was always running when I looked, but after I changed the fan motor the problem went away.
So, if you see a "Vacuum Condenser" message more than you should, and/or if the center wall between the refrigerator and freezer is hot, you should be checking for a failed condenser fan.
The fan motor and kit is available on Amazon. Search for "Sub Zero 4200740". It's here: http://www.amazon.com/Refrigerator-Condensor-Motor-Zero-4200740/dp/B004KSL51G/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1402582130&sr=8-1&keywords=Sub+Zero+4200740
A hint: While we waited for this motor to arrive our refrigerator was getting quite warm. I bought a small $12 "personal fan" at the local hardware store and set it up to blow onto the condenser. I also left the front cover off the mechanical compartment. This kept the refrigerator working and we didn't lose any food except for the ice cream, which had already gotten too soft. In fact, after I installed the little "personal fan" the fridge worked better than it had in months.

SOURCE: vacuum condenser light of sub zero 650 is on - how to clean it
We recommend vacuuming your condenser every 3 - 6 months. Cleaning the condenser is important for the overall operations of the unit including cooling functions. A dirty condenser may lead to warm temperatures in the refrigerator and freezer. It may also cause the unit to run excessively. It may contribute to condensation or frost inside of the compartments. If the condenser is not cleaned properly it may even cause premature failure of mechanical components in the unit. Condenser Cleaning - All Models Before cleaning the unit, shut the electricity off at the control panel. When you clean the condenser, wear gloves to avoid injury from the sharp condenser fins. Use a soft bristle brush and vacuum to remove dust and lint from the condenser. To avoid bending the condenser fins, be sure to vacuum in the direction of the fins, up and down. Clean the condenser every three to six months or sooner if you have pets. 600 Series Framed and Stainless Steel louvered grilles: First remove the grille screws located at the bottom of the grille. Tilt the top of the grille forward and release the springs from behind the grille, then lift off. Overlay Panel Grille: To remove, lift up then pull out at the bottom and down to release from its mounting bracket. Remove the two black screws in the lowest louver of the grille. Tilt the bottom of the grille out and away. It will release from the top of the grille. Model 601RG Stainless Steel Grille: Remove in a similar fashion as the overlay grille panel. 700 Series All Units: At the bottom of the unit, remove the four screws holding the kick plate/grille in place. It will then slide forward, giving you access to the condenser area. 400 Series 424/424FS At the bottom of the unit, remove the screws holding the kick plate. The condenser is located behind. 427/427R: Remove the four screws holding the kick plate/grille in place. It will then slide forward, giving you access to the condenser area. 430: First remove the screws located at the bottom of the grille. NOTE: These screws (Phillips head) are accessed with the door open. Tilt the top of the grille forward and release the springs from behind the grille, then lift off. 200 Series 245, 249, 315W Remove the kick plate at the bottom of the unit, giving you access to the condenser area.

SOURCE: Is it possible to clean the condenser with low
Hi,
Yes but this will create a dusting nightmare for the rest of the house. By just cleaning the condenser is not enough for the computer has no knowledge of said act. You must rest the computer after cleaning, your model has a picture of a bell on the panel of the control. Push and hold that bell for 10 seconds, you should hear a beep and the service light will disappear. If this returns, this means either the condenser is dirty or the computer has detected that it takes too long to reach your desired temp. But reset first, less work and see what happens.
Good Luck
