The Electrostatics Control is not cleaning up excess toner from your printer drum probably a pro help is required try this - remove the toner and shake it laterally fix it back and check - also at the contrast setting and adjust if required
Recommend you replace the developer in the image it. Be sure to clear counters first then run the required F8 procedure after re-installing the image unit, of course you ATDC sensor which is located below the image unit is bad, worse case the control broad is bad. If the developer was replaced was the person who replaced using a vacuum cleaner if so might have destroyed the sensor. NEVER use a Vacuum cleaner to remove the developer static electricity can destroy that sensor. Also since the image unit will be apart replace the drum and cleaning blade. Normal done that way. Again ensure counters are clear first as that is the only way the copier knows it has a new drum and developer. As the machine uses the counters to determine voltages for certain assemblies such as drum and developer unit. Clearing counters without replacing parts causes image problems and codes!!!
Has the developer been replaced and the F8 function run and has the counter for the developer been reset. Also the drum should be replaced. at the same time. If this was already done did the person doing it use a vacuum cleaner to remove the old developer if so the Sensor for this code was destroyed by the static electricity from the vacuum cleaner never ever use a vacuum cleaner to remove old developer
Man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Start first bye buying a new drum, cleaning blade and developer. Hope fully you did not destroy the sensor on the bottom of the developer unit it has a ribbon cable. You need to clear the counter for developer drum first in service mode. Then replace the developer and drum and cleaning blade together as one!!!!!!
Then run the required F-8 procedure in service mode.
Hi there you can empty the waste toner box wich is located inside drum unit.
The procedure is next:
open front cover and leftsideway door release the blue handle above the drum unit pull out the drum unit on top of drum unit, near handle is located plastic grey colored cork remove it and by means of vacume cleaner clean the vaste toner.
Note that if you flip out the drum unit and try to empty waste toner it could be messy and the toner can get into charge roller or on drum cleaning blade and then you need to change it completly.
hi you have a waste toner error code, the waste toner is apart of the drum unit in these machines so you will need to order a new drum unit for it.
easiest way to fix the problem.
Canon Tech
Product : imageRUNNER 2200/2800/3300(i)/2220N(i)/3320N(i)
Title : E019 Error : E019-0000 is displayed on the control panel.
Workaround : This error code is the indication of the waste toner container being full or a problem with the detection mechanism. Actions to be taken are:1. Turn the machine off and check the waste toner container. If the container is full, empty the container. Clean the inside and outside of the container's neck with alcohol. Be sure that the neck is clear and not soiled with toner before placing it back into the machine. Turn the machine on and check to see if the code went away. 2. If the container isempty and the code is still displayed, check the neck of the container. Turn the machine off and check the container,if the neck is dirty, clean the inside and outside with alcohol before placing it back into the machine. Turn the machine on and check to see if the code went away. 3. If the machine still displays the code after the bottle is emptied and the neck clean; check the sensor, the sensor connections to and from the DC controller PCB for continuity, and the proper positioning of the sensor. Replace the sensor if it is damaged or excessively soiled with toner.
C0F32
there is a sensor in drum unit
open drum unit
pull drum out from unit
see at bottom there is a small sensor
it is dirty
having toner on it
clean it properly
check its cable also
problem will bi removed
never forget to rate solution
MAIN AKHLAQ
You must have cleaned the developer in the right side of the image unit, the reason for the code because the sensor doesn't detect toner and developer. You don't mension the make and the model, I presume is a Minolta. If you tell me ,I can tell you how to sort that out.
GOOD LUCK.
