Might want to have the developer replaced and drum/cleaning blade normally done all together, then run the F8 procedure and make sure the counters where cleared. Did you recently replace the drum and the developer if so did you clear the counters for the drum and developer, FIRST. IF not then the copier thinks the new drum and new developer are old. The copier works on the counters that is how it knows it got a new drum and developer. Get new developer and a new drum and have it installed correctly. Counters are clear before the unit is yanked out of the machine, then you remove the image unit/drum unit replace the developer/drum and cleaning blade. (DO NOT USE A VACUUM CLEANER WHEN REPLACING THE DEVELOPER static electricity can destroy the sensor located below the developer unit. Then reinstall and RUN F8. Make sure the fax line and Ethernet cable is removed can't print anything until the F8 is run. Or you will start all over again with new developer and a new drum. Has the developer been replaced and the F8 function run and has the counter for the developer been reset. Also the drum should be replaced. at the same time. Go to START MENU
Choose RUN
Type the letter "cmd"
Type the word "net stop spooler"
Exit
Go to C drive
Choose to Windows Folder
Click show content
Choose system32 folder
Choose spool folder
Choose printer
And delete all printing jobs pending
Again go back to CMD window and type the word "net start spooler"
Restart your computer also turn off your printer and switch it on.
It will work fine right now

Question edited into written English. Misfeed Error, or Timing Error. You need dealer service. This is a Professional Machine. The fuser only heats the toner to set it on the paper. It is nothing to do with jams.
