Unfortunately not unless you made a backup. Access is very unforgiving. Not Like excel where you can undo your mistakes multiple times. Be very carefull when deleting. Try to make copies to workwith first.

    This is mainly for recovering corrupt tables/databases, but it claims to be able to recover deleted records also. If you give it a try, let me know how it works os I can post it to help other problems.
