I have a Panasonic KX-TGA651 cordless phone handset that has a bad ringer speaker part number YD2052-72. I have searched Google and Google knows it is a Panasonic part but gives me no place to buy the speaker but gives me plenty of places to buy a new handset. Speaker is 20 mm x 6 mm and 8 ohm impedance. wattage unknown.

The KX-TGA model prefix usually means the handset of a Panasonic cordless phone system. Most of the time to find the manual, you need the model number of the base. The handset model number isn't always listed in the manual or on the product support site. I did find a manual for the KX-TG2431 and KXTG2432 here: https://panasonic.ca/PCS/OperatingInstructions/KXTG2431-32-OI-Eng.pdf . The handset of this cordless phone system uses the same handset battery as the KX-TGA244W.

KX-TGA402C is the included handset for a Panasonic cordless phone system like the KX-TG4011C. You should be able to adjust the ringer volume from the Initial Settings menu. With the phone system in standby, press Menu on one handset. Use the Up/Down arrows to locate the Initial Settings. Press OK. Then select Ringer settings and press OK. Select Ringer Volume and press OK. Use the Up/Down arrows to set the desired Ringer volume and press OK to save. Press Exit to leave the menu system. Alternatively, you can adjust the ringer volume by pressing the Volume Up/Down buttons while the phone is ringing.

The manual for the KX-TG4011 is available from Panasonic here: ftp://ftp.panasonic.com/telephone/om/kx-tg4011_mul_om.pdf . If the above steps aren't working, check that your handset and phone base are properly paired (registered handset). Also check that the base has power and connected to a working phone line. Also make sure that the handset is fully charged.

Panasonic usually has the manual for their add-on handsets or phones on the product page. The KX-TGA653 handset page is http://shop.panasonic.com/support-only/KX-TGA653.html . Since that site didn't have a manual for the handset, I'd look at the manual for a base that is compatible with the KX-TGA653. The KX-TGA653 is compatible with the KX-TG6522. According to the manual, the KX-TGA653 is one of the original handsets, so most of the features of the handset will be in this manual. The add-on handsets include the KX-TGA651, http://shop.panasonic.com/support-only/KX-TGA651B.html . Panasonic has a manual for the KX-TGA651 here: ftp://ftp.panasonic.com/telephone/om/kx-tga651_en_om.pdf . This includes some of the differences between the KX-TGA653 and the KX-TGA651.

The handset for the Panasonic KX-TGA273S needs to be paired with a compatible Panasonic cordless phone system like the KX-TG2700. You can turn on the handset ringer by pressing Conf/Function on the handset (lower left) when it is in standby mode. Scroll through the list to Ringer setting with the appropriate arrow keys. Press the right arrow key and scroll to Ringer volume. Press the right arrow. Then press the up arrow and press the soft key for save. This sets the ringer to low. Use the up/down arrows to set the volume. Note: pressing down repeatedly sets the ringer volume to Off. Press Save and End to exit the menu.

It has to do with the electrical load that each ringer imposes on the line. Each set has a limit on how many handsets you can register with it. If you look on the bottom of the base you will see on the identification plate a data item called Ringer Equivalence Number or REN.
