The printer is not initialising and giving an error code as service call error - 00010014. What should be done. We removed the cartridges and inserted again.

EXPLANATION:
The error codes in the table below relate to a faulty ink cartridge or detection of the cartridge when installed in the printer. These errors only occur when an ink cartridge is changed. Whilst you may be unable to quickly identify which ink cartridge may be at fault, the steps below provide a process of elimination.
The problem is with the ink cartridge. remove the ink cartridge then insert it again... if this does not work, replace you ink cartridge. hope this help. Good day!

The pressure system is determined to be leaking then this message appears and printer is stopped when detection of pressure origin sensor is incorrect at power on initialization or ink supply.
Solution
1. Replace supply pump assembly (including pressure origin sensor solenoid).
2. Check for disconnected air tube.
