SOURCE: yzf r1 03 gear prob or?!

Sounds like bent shifting fork which is expensive. If you are not the 1st owner then you don't know how previous owner treated bike. Often sportbikes are rode hard and banged into 2nd gear which can eventually cause tranny problems like bent shifter fork. First look down by the shifter pedal and inspect that it is fastened securely to the shift rod coming out of the engine/trans case. There is a single bolt that holds the shift lever on a splined shaft and can come loose and cause problems.
If that is ok then find a local mechanic you trust....Good Luck !

SOURCE: Ignition, electrical noise

does it have a fuel pump ?...it could be just priming itself..when the pump is already full you cant really hear the noise that much. Does the noise go away after riding for awhile and then restart it?

Changing yzf r1 frame

you wont get one, you just have to figure it out as you go. start by stripping all your bodywork off and removing the engine, then the front forks rear wheel and wiring harness. then replace it all on your new frame. keep your work area clean and tidy, mark all electrical connections you have to undo with tape and write on it where they re-connect to.
good luck
