Replaced drum on the cs-2550 seemed simple.... two plugs, 1 screw... installed new drum fired back up .... made a copy... BLANK.... pirnted to it....BLANK.... faxed to it....BLANK..... any suggestions?
Ok. try this, take the rear cover off, theres quite a few screws. what i'm thinking has happened is you may have pushed the contact for the main corona wire out of place. this board is pretty flimsy. once you have back cover off, the board will be slightly to the right of center as u r looking at machine from rear. i can't recall EXACTLY what board looks like, but if you loosen your drum unit and have someone pull out drum a little and push back in, you will see what and where i am talking about. i'm a tech and had this bite me in the behind one time. will never forget it. hopefully, that will take care of it for you. let me know what you find.

Razors, I sure did... really strange... drum went in ok, plugged in and pushed the developer bracket back in and when to make some copies to test.... nothing but blank pages.... no error message.... put the old drum back in .... same thing.
did you make sure you pushed the developer bracket back in? its just to the right of the drum.
