Right side of printed page is faded

I have changed drum.
I have changed toner.
This is on received fax or printed reports.
Anything on right side of page is difficult to read.

Is printer near a sunny window? Could be stray IR is getting thru and erasing or weakening the LASERs ability to write to the drum. Exposure to sunlight will ruin a photosensitive drum.

Check this and move or rotate printer

Pull out your drum unit and look inside machine above where the drum would be. you should see a black assembly that runs left to right with a "****" glass. may need a flashlight. clean that glass off with a clean rag. sometimes toner "scatter" will get on glass and cause this.

When we receive faxes, Only the very right side prints out. WE have a new ink cartridge and drum unit. It did it before we changed it and it is doing the same thing. Is there anything that we can do?

don't know if this will fix prob, but pull drum unit out and locate the piece of glass that runs right to left inside of fax right over top of where drum would be sitting. clean that off. if theres toner coating that glass, that will cause light prints or blanks. this is of course, assuming that you are getting these kind of prints from more that one fax.

The print on the right side of the page is faded.

Could be the fuser, or the drum is not getting the charge on that side.

Right side of Print Out is faded. Cleaned, and Cleaned. Doesn't say to change drum/ink. What else can we try?

You can try shaking the toner cartridge to even out the toner but most likely either need a new toner cartridge or the drum is not sitting evenly as it should.

It has plenty of ink and the drum is good but it stopped printing

All blank pages could either mean: On the scanner side: * Mechanical error, you'll need to perform service on it to reanimate it again. * You can check if it is on the scanner side by printing a test page on the printer. If it prints fine, the problem is in the scanning process.
On the printer side: * Dirty connectors between toner/drum unit and machine. Remove the toner/drum package and clean the metallic cylinders on the left and right side of the toner/drum unit, then reinsert package into machine. * Bad toner and/or drum unit. Replace should solve it. * Mechanical error, you'll need to perform service on it to reanimate it again. * You can check if it is on the printer side by either scanning to a connected PC or sending a fax to someone. If the scanned/faxed page looks fine on the pc/fax that receives the fax, the problem is in the printing process.

When I print using my Brother intellifax 2820 from the web

Try to print a report. If the problem persists the toner unit is not fitted correctly. Take out the complete unit of the drum and the toner and match them properly. GOOD LUCK.

No, the toner is clear on the whole page except for the right side where it fades out and you can barely make out the words. Everything else on the page is fine. The drum still has 17% of life left in it.

Black pages when making a copy or printing something

Have you tried both drum and toner supplies? cause it sounds like a drum fault, if you have tried a new drum and toner, and it is doing it when printing internal reports, receiving fax's and copying then you have a tecnical issue to do with charge and this would likely render machine unecomical to repair (unless you can find a bad contact with drum on machine). If it receives faxs clearly but copys black then it is different issue (ie optics).
