no, it wont. Dell notebooks have proprietary components and configurations, and using another motherboard will not work, it wont fit, it wont interface with the connections, and it wont make you happy. If you want to get a gaming machine, buy an alienware device, or, (if you wanna get out a little cheaper) go to the Dell outlet, and get a refurbished Dell Studio XP. you can get one with a 2200 64 bit dual core CPU, 4 gigs ram, and 320 gig hdd for about $620 after fees etc.

If there's no problem with your internet connection speed, updating the flash player and quicktime will fix it.

Clear all the temporary internet files, caches, cookies after closing the browser and try again. To clear the temporary internet files, cookies etc.. go to control panel open the "Internet Options" click the "Delete" button on the general tab, confirm it and restart your computer. Now try playing the youtube videos again.
The most common issue is the internet connection speed and the system configuration.
