Both the red and white lights flash continually, the beater brush will turn if it is not touching the floor. I have made sure that there is nothing plugged up.
It appears that the drive belt is not adjusted properly or has stretched. THe gunk that vacuums pick up can also affect the belt in amking them too slippery to drive. Check it out.
