I think i described everything pretty good
Concave or bloated pictures on crt projection tv's are corrected with what's called a 'pincushion' adjustment. Look for it in the menu under video controls.

Convergence problems. FIrst try going into customer setup and seeing if convergence options are there and if adjustments can be made. unfortunately when the picture is bowed like that it idicates a complete loss of convergence which idicates one of three boards have gone bad.

sounds like your color guns are out of alignment and need adjusting. its a cheap fix with a tv tech but i wouldnt recommend doing it yourself. plus, a visit from a tech can tell you if there is anything else wrong/about to b wrong

Replace the deflection board. You can get a replacement board from www.tvrepairworld.com which also contains the Cd with installation instructions.
