If it is about call then dial any no like customer care and when cal get connect press volume up button

Contact MetroPCS from another phone. They should be able to help you fix that.

you may need to format the memory of the device coz there might be a bad sector in the memory that the device cant read.

Look through the settings and see what has got changed, if you can see the menu. If you cannot, show a flashlight on the TV (only if this is LCD TV) from a distance and see whether you can see the picture. Try resorting to factory default settings.

Usually problem with the LCD backlight. Try to get it replaced under warranty with your provider. Out of warranty? = You can get the screen replaced at Blackberry repair or try to repair it yourself for free or have a friend do it using Blackberry Repair Guide. The part is available on ebay.

do u have musik on it?

you need to replace the voice coil. it is already grounded, that is the one inside the mic ball (where you speak or sing). it is not repairable so you need to purchase a new voice coil

did you just purchase the unit? if so it may be defective. As far as i can tell this headset should work with the handset you specified and i cant find anything saying there is something special you need to do. Most i can say if you can return it or get it replaced its probably your best bet. Sorry I am unable to provide you with a more positive easier solution. But I hope this puts you on the right track. its 8.2....if u have done is ....then check u r all cable connection..

 

 

still problem then u can try it with other mic...
