Hi,

The wireless radio combination should be the Fn+F2 keys to activate it. That is to hold down Fn and hit the F2 key.

here is the answer... (For Vista)

Go to the icon at the bottom right yellow/blue arrows (Dell Quickset) Open it.

Then go WiFi Catcher/radio controls (click it to open it).
Then go to "advanced settings" at the bottom of the pop up (open it - click it).
Then select the TAB "Radio Control Options"
Then UN-check all the radios and wifi, then apply, then OK. Your green bars should work now...

You can enable it via the wireless switch if Quickset has it enabled, Fn+F2, and you can also enable it in BIOS
