How to troubleshoot Samsung plasma tv power supply

Relays on the power supply are clicking on and off numerous times, but it is hit or miss, meaning that it does not happen every time i plug the tv in. Also, there is no audio from the speakers, only from the headphone jack. Two capacitors have been replaced previously and none of the remaining caps appear to be bad. All fuses are good and there is proper voltage to the power supply. Checked voltage on all of the other panel connections(Vs, Vg, Va) and all appear to be as labeled. Just wondering where to go from here? Where to look next? Any assistance or nudge in any direction would be greatly appreciated.

If relays are clicking, the problem could also be the diode connected to the relay or its own power supply. Check whether the relay is getting power enough to remain activated. This chattering can also be caused due to relays becoming weak or by short circuits on its load.

I don't know about replacing a jack but BN94-01208C fits LNT1953HX is the main pcb that has all of the av inputs on it and it is a snap to change.

I've replaced every board on the samsung plasma and still clicks

What do you mean by clicks? Plasma televisions are hot cathode ray, there is thermal expansion that takes place due to heat.

When I try to turn on our relatively new Samsung flat screen TV, it clicks off/on, off/on numerous times before actually turning on and staying on. Any ideas what could be causing this?

A lot of these Samsung LCD and Plasma TV's used marginal electrolytic capacitors in the power supply. You can usually tell which capactors are bad, because their tops will be swollen (rounded) instead of flat. The usual values of the bad capacitors are either 2200 uF or 3300 uF, usually rated at 35V, depending on the model. I've seen these capacitors go bad after just 1 year of use. It's a relatively easy repair for any qualified electronic or TV technician.
