Once you connect your Sansa® e250, a pop-up should appear on your computer that asks what you want to do with the device. Choose View with Microsoft explorer, it should be the second to last option. From there you should see some folders and some other stuff. choose the PHOTO folder and delete the pictures inside. You should be able to do the opposite to add them. You can simply drag-and-drop the photos into this folder from another as long as they are the same format.

Oh yes, I had the problem at first to. You will have to convert the file with sansa media converter for it to play.

hi! you can download songs and videos by using lime wire or rocket mp3 and search for mp3 or videos, you can convert your videos in any format by using a program called format factory and it's free, be sure to use the right extension when converting videos. maybe .avi .mpeg .flv , good luck and hope it will help

Did this happen when you replaced a battery with another one? It can also happen when you go to the Root folder from the "BRO" on the main menu and then exit it. You just have to wait a little, to "fix" it. Or, try turning the MP3 off and then on. I have had the same experience with my MP3 (exact same brand too).
