I found item # CP-354S-M/M-ND at Digikey.com for under $7. I have not purchased one yet, but hope this helps.

i SAW THEM ON EBAY. also there are broken systems or parts or replacement.

I don't know where you live, but if you're in the US you're probably near a Radio Shack store. They have a good selection of replacement AC adapters (fondly called "wall warts"). You need to select one that has the appropriate voltage and current rating for the player, and a tip that fits the power jack with the proper polarity. RS sells adapters that have tips that plug onto the adapter cable so you can get what you need.
