My jvc gz-hm35 does not turn on. I tested the charger it works but I dont know about the battery. It does not turn on with the charger. Does anybody know a solution? Please
Assuming you mean the JVC product, you can download the appropriate manual from the manufacturer's web site at

Possible simple fix: disconnect; turn camera off; connect; turn camera on.
Also possible that the main USB/FW interface chip has died, in which case service is required.
