Lennox troubleshootingI have a lennox split evaporator on the ground condenser 3 stories upI have 75 psi suction at evaporator and a 25 pressure drop at the condenserneeds a hot gaz ??is this normal lines...

indicates insufficient gas
for gas lines of that length extra gas is required
Best have the system charged by an ac specialist shop as the pressures are not correct and gas is added according to high pressure and suction pressures

High low side pressures and sight glass contains lots of bubbles

The system has a lot of air in it. If u haven't had any AC wk done on it that mean there is a leak in the system. System must be evacuated, pressurized & find the leak. Repair the leak, vacuum air from system & charge w proper AC gas. SPECIALIZED EQUIPTMENT & GAUGES NEEDED. good luck

MY RAMSOND MINI SPLIT HIGH PRESSURE LINE IS FROZEN EVERY TIME I TURN THE UNIT ON

The expansion valve or the capillar tubes are inside the condenser and the gas (freon) is already expanded right outside the condensing unit all the way to the evaporator and beacause the diferential of temperature between this copper line (which is not high pressure anymore) and the outdoor air , there's condensention that freezes up.
