Oven is not heating up

How are you checking it? The recommended method is to use a known good thermometer that reads high temp.

I had the same problem in December - I had to replace the circuit breaker and that solved the problem. My oven wouldn't go above 100 degrees in convection, bake and roast modes. Each of these modes are on a separate circuit so when one is bad, the others should work.

More of a clarification request:
Is the oven remaining on all the time(oven light stays on)and the temp not going above 100 ,or is it going to 100 then switching off?

You obviously have one or more elements not working, you need to test same, and replace as req'd.
