Remove RAM and install one at a time to see if you have a defective module. Can also try reinstalling old RAM.

The monitor display"No Signal Digital" when start up, and later the minitor turn black.

It may not be getting the signal from your PC, I would try it with another PC first to make sure it is not PC's Video card problem, otherwise it may have problem inside like unsteady DC voltages due to bad caps as shown in my pictures here: http://s807.photobucket.com/albums/yy352/budm/Viewsonic%20VX2235W/

Capacitors kit: http://lcdalternatives.auctivacommerce.com/ he can make you a set of caps for you.

Cannot display anything at minitor

Check the vga connection of your monitor from your motherboard, be sure that it is properly connected. Check also the power cords of your monitor, be sure that it is properly plug. If still no display, then we have to do the hard way. Open your computer casing where the motherboard lies in. Remove the memory card and clean the pins of it by using an eraser of a pencil. Remove also the expansion video card if you have. Reset the BIOS,(to do this refer to the motherboard manual). Plug in again all the remove items from your motherboard, memory card and video card). Close the casing and then power on. If still no display then take your computer in a computer repair center in your place.

How do i connect advent pc to philips hdtv. do i need to change settings?

well not really, you need to buy the proper cable depending on the inputs of your tv, it may have the standar VGA connection as the standar pc monitor.

DVI to VGA cable
DVI to DVI
HDMI to DVI
HDMI to HDMI

after you have the proper cable just plug it, and turn it off, disconnect the standar computer minitor and turn it back on. the computer will set the input signal from the tv by itself.

thats for the video, for the audio you need a different cable

3.5 mm to RCA (white and red cable)
3.5 mm to 3.5mm headphonejack cable
but if you are using the HDMI to HDMI you don't need a sound cable.

Just rebuilt new pc

Dont connect the monitor via your graphic card, its not installed yet. Connect your minitor via the motherboard.

Good luck to you

My hp dv6000 monitor wont turn on.

It sounds like a fault in your screen displays, or worse your motherboard. Take it in for a look because the problem is hardware and it needs to be checked and replaced.

Hope This Helps

No display

Your minitors power supply is now damaged, probably from the power outage. I t will need to be repaired or replaced. Check the cost and benifits of both options and make a discision.
