did you add any new hardware or software just before this error started. If this is a Windows PC you can go into the safe mode and remove the bad software. You can also (if you can) remove or disable the hardware. Reboot into the PC as normal and see if you are still getting the error.

There are a lot of cause to this error message. But mostly software. If you back up your files. I suggest to perform factory image recovery and restore the computer to factory default setting.

THAT 0X ERROR IS AN INK SYTEM FAILURE IT MAY HAVE BEEN CAUSED FROM REFURBED CARTRIDGES... THE HP WILL WORK WITH THE REFURBS FOR A FEW TIMES BEFORE REJECTING THE CARTRIDGE OR CAUSING AN 0x ERROR. THE UNIT NEEDS TO GO THRU AN ELABORATE INK SYSTEM RESET OR THE PRINTER NEEDS TO BE SERVICED

Well, that spesific error mesage is because of a hard drive failure. I notice that this same problem occurs more in portable devices, such as laptops. The thing is, that if the laptop was droped during the days previous of this error, the mechanism will still run but the disc will have so many bad sectors that you will not be abvle to use it anymore.

I would suggest that you try formatting the drive first and see if it works, otherwise get a new drive. Hope this can help you.

The blue screen error will have a code something like 0X******** (0X*******............). You can either comment the error code here or you may also check the same in the microsoft website. It will have a solution as well.

This is a windows stop error. Are you running windows XP?

If it is the first time you have seen it you can try restarting and it may never appear again. If it does:

At the bottom of the screen you will see some text saying STOP ERROR: 0x000000?? (0x???????? 0x???????? 0x???????? 0x????????)

Look at the code prior to the brackets 0x000000?? - write it down and google "STOP ERROR 0x000000??".

This will let you know what is causing the STOP error. Very common reasons for this are component reseating required and disk-checking. You can run a diskcheck through the Windows Recovery Console (can be installed to hard-disk - simplest way is to install combofix and follow the onscreen instructions - or run from your windows installation disc).

If you can't even pass the POST your only option is attempt to flash the BIOS. Go to your motherboard manufacturer's website to find updated BIOS and instructions for your particular board.
