The water tank is probably not seated correctly. It can look as though it is, but you have to make sure the forward edge of it has been tilted so that the angled indentation in the plastic exactly mates with the machine. If it doesn't, water is not drawn from the tank, the pump makes a noise, and steam comes from the pod area.

Hi No its not supposed to make that loud noise. That loud noise is the pump, pumping with no water.Try switching the brew cycle on and off a few times to get the water to bleed through. Dazza REPAIRER

I can not release the main component in my Saesco de luxe. Here a loud clicking noise when machine is turned on.

Hi
The loud clicking noise is a broken brew drive. This usually happens when you use the pre-ground button but put more than the level scoop into the brew unit. The brew unit can't compress the coffee and jams the brew unit which breaks the drive gears. Drive gears have to be replaced. I have some drive units complete.

Tassimo red light stays on ran descaling disc twice

After many months, I solved the problem of the red light staying on the Tassimo Coffee Maker. Use these easy steps.
1. Fill a 2 cup measuring cup with hot water.
2. Mix in descaler.
3. Pour in the empty water tank.
4. Put the yellow cleaning disk in the chamber and close chamber. Put the two cup measuring cup under the spout.
5. Push and hold the brew button for about 3 seconds (until the red and green light flash.
6. Now don't touch the machine. It will do it's thing for about 20 minutes. (Don't be impatient and start to push buttons, just leave it)
7. When it finishes it's cycle. The red light will turn off. Then clean the water tank and put fresh water and run clean water through the brewing cycle 4 times. Your machine is now ready for use.

User instructions for Bosch Tassimo coffee maker type CTPM01

Here are the user instructions for the Bosch Tassimo coffee maker type CTPM01: Fill the water tank with fresh water. Turn on the coffee maker by pressing the power button. Wait for the indicator light to turn green. Place a T-Disc (coffee or other hot beverage) in the brewing unit. Press the start button to begin the brewing process. Wait for the brewing process to complete. Remove the cup and discard the used T-Disc. Repeat steps 4-7 to make additional cups of coffee or other hot beverages. Coffee Doesn't Brew

You may have gotten a unit that is minus the piercing apparatus. The little plastic piece with the piercer may come off with the used pod. This never happened to us but my daughter-in-law did, and apparently threw the piercer out with a used pod. They were able to order the part which seems to be easily removable - actually they ordered two while they were at it. Their coffee maker is working just fine.

Tassimo has stopped blowing the T-Disk contents out

Internal fault, possible cause the tube that comes from the pump has perished or become separated from either pump or nozzle. If still under warranty return to tassimo. if not open unit and order replacement from spares at Tassimo.

Leaky Tassemo coffee maker

i think it's supposed to do that. the cup at the base is supposed to be catching all the water that the tassimo is 'leaking'. it should be dumped after every cup of tea/coffee. if you have taller cups, and do not use the cup base that comes with the machine in order to fit the taller cups under where the tea/coffee comes out, then you are right. it seems like it's 'leaking' because it is. there should be enough room in the base for one cup, but then it can also be removed so as to dump the excess water out after the cup is made. hope this helps!
