My Acer 5732Z crystal eye webcm is not wrkg. i checked the drivers in device manager and it is uptodate. the webcam controls are all grayed out as well

First of all uninstall the current driver of webcm and restart the computer than you install the driver of webcm.

hi can you have a internet connection to your pc.

if yes download the driver from logitech site

otherwise go to your neariest cybercafe and goto the logitech site from there search your product down load the driver then install it
