When the CPUoverheats it goes into thermal shutdown and will not boot up again until theCPU has cooled down.
The heat sink may be clogged with dust, which causes the CPU to overheat byreducing air circulation through the heat sink. If you are notusing your laptop on a flat surface, it may be obstructing the cooling vents onthe bottom of the laptop. Your laptop fanmay be faulty and not spinning freely, in this case replace the fan.
Check the fan and heat sink assembly and remove the dust, loosen the dust anduse a can of compressed air to clear away the dust. A laptop fanassisted cooling pad may solve your problem

BUZZING NOISE FROM MY HEAT PUMP

Take a look at this YouTube page that explains with good videos what are some of the common problems with heat pump noise. The one that seems dominant is the defrost cycle a heat pump goes thru when it melts ice off the evaporative coils. In defrost cycle, The compressor runs but the cooling fan does not, so you will hear a loud buzzing sound and the unit sounds like it is stalled...because only the compressor is running to generate heat to melt coil ice.

Hi I have an acer laptop travel mate , before it was operating well but now it switches of by its self even if the battery is fully charged and when its on power what could be the problem?

switching off by itself could be a sign that it is overheating or over heated and urned itself out. Are the fans clear? were the vents blocked by a thigh, blanket or loose papers underneath?

Acer Travel mate 7730 os xp laptop shuts down

make sure processor fan is working fine. you may hear the sound of fan on the left side of the laptop. and make sure its not getting heat soon. If the fan is not working you need to replace the fan. If if gets heat soon that means you have to put processor cooling paste.IF the fan is working fine and the processor heat is normal, then you need to re-fix the RAM. Then it will work fine..ok

It started to make a poping noise when i put it in to a different box

is the woofer now installed into a bandpass, or ported box? was it previously installed in a sealed box? If its in a ported box then the woofer will travel more eaisly causing the sub to extend too far. Its like piston slap on your vehicle. I would reduce the gain(s) on the amp and see if that helps~

Nokia 8210 nodisplay working

Your display circuit is broken, even if the LCD-panel,
seems to be ok the display is damaged.
This is a very common problem in Nokia phones.
The only way to fix this is to change the display.
You need a T-6 Torx Skrewdriver to do the job.
You can find displays for fair price at :

How to open laptop?

There is usually a screw or two inside the memory access panel, hard drive access panel and/or under the battery. Make sure you have checked/removed all of these. Does it appear to be loose for the most part? Even once the screws are removed there may be interlocking clips along the edges the hold the housing together. you can test one spot with a small flat screwdriver to see if it "pops" apart.
