Leave blower and vac
I don't mean to over simplify this, but are you using fresh gas? Gas blowers and string trimmers are extremely ticky when it comes to gas. They like it SUPER fresh. Not just fresh from the can, but fresh from the pump! And while the gas and oil mixture should be right, it can be off a little bit and still run. Try draining all of the gas out, and then filling up with fresh mix. This is ALWAYS my first step with string trimmers and blowers, and it fixes the problem 75% of the time. Also make sure your spark plug is clean. If you are not sure, a new plug couldn't hurt.
Hope this helps!!

Leaf blower wont go into full speed when you shift the throttle
Yes, there is a small filter at the end of the pick up line. However, you did not specify whether you are "starving" for fuel, indicating a filter that is clogging. Most likely, you have a dirty air filter, it may look clean but is not letting in enough air. I believe there is a carb adjustment available on that engine, if you elect to adjust it, keep the current reference marked, and make adjustments in 1/8 turns, no more than 1/2 run in, or 1/2 turn out.
My 2 stroke craftsman leaf blower won't keep
all crafsman carbs are adjusted to meet EPA standards-- problem is they work well new buntil the next season then they ****. they have a HI-LOW adjustment on the carb at the top. but they are set into a wall surronding them. speacial tool needed to adjust. so they want you to bring it in . so they can nail you for a hundred bucks. my solution was after looking at this was to takea 1/4 in socket as it's called a deep dwell--- use a four MM --- grind down the outer wall of the socket untill it fits down on to the adjust. screw. turn each screw 1/4 turn counter-clockwise. but no more at this point. use good gas and the right amount of mix. mine is 40/1. check the fuel filter clean it --blow though it see if it's pushing air. clean air filter and use a new plug each year. mine is gapped at .35. maybe even shoot a little carb cleaner in the carb to flush it out. and if that don't work. pray your warranty is still good.

bob I've never had compression problems with my blower. how ever if your not getting compression. I would beleave the rings are worn out . or there is a gasket leak on the head. have you put a gauge on it to see what compression it is holding.? I'm for loss of direction on how you should approach this problem. but if you didn't pay a lot for it-- it would be more to have it fixed. how long have you had it? and did this just happen one day ?
My craftsman leaf blower wont start
HI THE FIRST THING TO DO IS REMOVE LEAD OFF SPARK PLUG TOP THEN REMOVE SPARK PLUG ITSELF YOU WILL NEED A SPARK PLUG REMOVER OR A SOCKET TO DO THIS AFTER REMOVING THE SPARK PLUG CLEAN OFF EXCESS OIL BY DIPPING IN CLEAN PETROLAND CLEANING WITH TOOTHBRUSH LET DRY THEN WITH A FOLDED PIECE OF WET AND DRY SANDPAPER GENTLY RUB BETWEEN THE SMALL GAP AT END OF SPARKPLUG THEN REPACE SPARKPLUG AND IN MOST CASES IT SHOULD START FIRST GO BESTALUCK GLENN

you may have blown your engine. try to move the piston up or down when you take off the spark plug. if it does not move you may have broken a piston ring and the piston may be stuck because of the broken ring. you can also try to check the starter string where it is coiled in the spool. it may be just tangle up. remove the casing and check the string off of the engine.
Of the three fuel lines
I'm confused as their are usually only two lines that go to the tank. One line will have a filter attached and does sit in the bottom of the tank. The other line is a return line that comes from the primer bulb and just needs to be in the tank about 1/2" or so. The return line generally has some type of fitting on the end that is in the tank just to keep it from getting pulled out of the hole. Hope this helps.
